M&A Business Development Manager

MSC is seeking a Business Development Manager to work with small and medium enterprises south of the Midlands including London.

We are looking for a talented and experienced sales executive with strong business skills, to develop relationships with technology based SMEs south of the Midlands. 

The successful candidate will have worked within the Mergers and Acquisitions market and will ideally have some experience of small and medium sized enterprise MBO and MBI, along with a knowledge of due diligence (but this is not essential).

This is a high earning, unique opportunity to grow with an established company that offers its clients highly confidential fast track M&A work together with excellent due diligence to cover HR, Sales & Marketing and Finance and the assistance to rapidly grow the acquisition, with no increase in fixed costs and with the work predominantly being undertaken on a ‘paid on results’ basis.
